Is there a trial so I can try ClubZap out first?
Yep! We offer a free trial (no credit card needed) during the initial 28 days after you’ve signed up for an account. This trial offers all features of ClubZap.
Is billing made monthly or annually?
Billing can be monthly, quarterly or yearly. Monthly billing is on a 30 day cycle and we require clubs to sign up to automated direct debit payments via our payment processor.
Is there any discount for paying annually?
Clubs who sign up to the ClubZap Engage package with a single annual payment will get 13 months for the price of 12.
Can we get an invoice or purchase order?
Yes we can send you a receipt of the charge each month, to the email of the person who converted your account to a paid plan.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that ClubZap isn’t the best solution for your club, simply cancel your account and monthly payments.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! For those on monthly subscriptions you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. For those on annual subscriptions you can upgrade your plan at any time and downgrade your plan on renewal.
Do you charge for training?
All online training is free of charge. We offer a weekly online demo where you can tune in and learn how to get the most out of ClubZap. At the end of the demo you will get an oppportunity to ask any questions.
